Passports:
A passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended length of stay in Bolivia is required by all nationals referred to in the chart above.
Visas:
Visas are not required by Australian, British, Canadian and most EU nationals, providing they are travelling for touristic purposes for a stay of under 90 days.
The following nationals referred to in the chart above do require a visa to enter Bolivia:
1. Nationals of Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Romania and the USA.

Entry requirements for South Africans: South Africans require a passport valid for six months and a visa to enter Bolivia. Visas can be issued on arrival for a maximum stay of 90 days for a fee of US$52.
Entry requirements for New Zealanders: New Zealanders need a passport, but do not require a visa for a touristic stay of up to 90 days.

Passport/Visa Note: All visitors that require a visa must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the length of stay; if no visa is required then only a passport valid on entry to Bolivia is necessary.
